Classy Cleaning Company

I brought my Moncler down jacket here for cleaning. Before cleaning, the jacket was dirty but the down was fully lofted and in normal condition. After cleaning, the jacket came back with severely clumped down, significant loss of loft, multiple broken buttons (I only uploaded one of them), and visible fabric damage (see photos). I was informed in advance that stains might not be fully removable and that there was a very small chance of button damage. However, I was never informed that the cleaning process could result in permanent damage to the down filling, widespread button breakage, and fabric damage. After receiving the jacket, I contacted Moncler staff, who advised that buttons should be properly protected before cleaning, which does not appear to have been done in this case. I raised these concerns with the shop, but responsibility was declined (response attached in picture 4). The shop suggested handling the repair themselves. Given the current condition of the jacket and its brand value, I am seeking official assessment and repair advice from Moncler. I am sharing this review to document my experience so other customers with high-value down jackets can make an informed decision.

I’m beyond impressed with the incredible job done by Classy Dry Cleaning and Laundry! My Off-White jumper was in really bad condition with heavy staining and marks that I honestly thought would never come out. I was worried it might even be permanently damaged. Great service, very attentive, patient and conscientious. Took my wedding dress here to be cleaned and some buttons added to take up the train. He did the work a lot faster than I'd expected and I'd definitely recommend and come back in future

Absolutely brilliant service. I took in my The North Face puffer jacket which had some really stubborn solid stains that I honestly thought wouldn’t come out properly. The team did an amazing job — the jacket came back looking fresh, clean, and almost brand new again. They were professional, friendly, and clearly took care with the material and finish of the jacket. The stains have completely gone without damaging the fabric or colour at all. Really impressed with the quality of the clean and the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this laundry company to anyone needing specialist cleaning for expensive or delicate jackets. Great drying cleaning in harbourne! It was manufactured fault on my Moncler luxury coat. I came across this dry cleaning shop and they clean and repair perfectly! Looks like original. Definitely recommend everyone in Birmingham to come here and dry cleaning your luxury clothes.
