Guards arrived earlier than requested for their briefing. Great start! They were punctual each day which was fundamental. The only thing I would improve is their visual presence by wearing ProFM bibs, and maybe temporary / magnetic logo livery on the vehicle.

We have been using this company for a couple of years and they are definitely the best security provider that we have come across. They not only supply good officers but they are also extremely good in their communications and very responsive if something doesn't go quite to plan. Would certainly recommend.

We have been with Churchill for many years and had no trouble , apart from the last couple of years , Be aware of their contracts as they are a rolling contract , so if you fail to inform them of your Intention to leave within the last month , They lock you into another 12 months with higher rates , We were not informed of this ..We use them solely for Key Holding , We have called customer services several times but never get a call back .. Will definitely be shopping round when my contract is ending ..

Utter shambles from start to finish. Missed patrols that I was not proactively advised of, had to chase for patrol reports and unless chased they didn’t appear - I’m still missing several. Failed to recognise and adequately address an unhappy customer. Continue to invoice for services despite having cancelled them. Lapses in basic data security meant that my data was shared with people that should not have had it. Never again and I strongly recommend any readers to avoid this bunch like the plague. The only reason I gave one star was because I couldn’t give none.

Love these guys! Recently met a few of the team in relation to some recruitment projects and charity events and they come across blooming brilliant! Would highly recommend from a people perspective 🤩🤩
