Check Security Systems Limited

Outstanding service from Check Security Systems Ltd in Swinton! I had an issue with my alarm on a Saturday morning and called Check Security Systems Ltd at around 7.30am. They answered the phone straight away and talked me through what to do. They reassured me that the alarm should not go off, but if it did, they would respond promptly. They also advised me that, to save me money, it would be best to attend on Monday morning. Ian arrived at 9am sharp on Monday, assessed the situation and explained exactly what was required. Within just 2 hours, the necessary parts and battery were fitted, the system was serviced, and I received the relevant report and invoice. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, professional and reassuring. They really understand how important peace of mind is — not just for me as the property owner, but for my tenant too. I had an alarm guy only a few months back who sounded professional, only asking for ladders from the tenant and carrying out a bogus job. This was proved by calling the right company, who carried out the work correctly and professionally right in front of my eyes. Thanks to engineer Ian for putting everything right. Keep up the great work, guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been a customer of Check Security Ltd for over 10 years now. Ian and the team are exemplary! Great attention to detail and very thorough, nothing is too much for them.

Phoned twice & spoke to the same woman who each time said she would pass my details on to a man called Ian. I have waited 2 weeks still no reply. I won't hold my breathe to await the phone call.

Excellent job today , Ross arrived on time , explained everything and completed all jobs requested in a friendly and professional manner, would highly recommend Check Security

Needed to call them out very early on a Sunday morning and Ian was brilliant, he was out quickly and sorted the problem in a few minutes, a very professionally service. Price was great too, especially considering it was Sunday morning. I would definitely use Check Security again and highly recommend them if you live in the Manchester area.
