CENTRAL IMPROVEMENTS LIMITED

It’s nice to use a tradesperson who is honest, efficient knowledgeable and competent. I need to get my dictionary out to find more words that fit as I cannot praise Paul enough. There are so many out there who cut corners and are only out to make a quick quid, but not Paul. He completed some plumbing work for me, changing two stopcocks and a kitchen tap. What he quoted, he charged. A couple of issues cropped up but he managed to find solutions and although that meant being here a little longer, he wanted no more for his time. He knows his stuff. You’ve heard the phrase “jack of all trades”. This is Paul, but he knows what he’s taking about so you need to replace “jack” with “master”. Thank you mate. My confidence has been restored in human kind.

Cannot fault any of the work Paul and his team have done on our home. We have had all windows , conservatory , porch , and today had soffits and fascias cleaned and windows re sealed. Our windows looked like new after this.Work is to a high standard . Always cleans the area working afterwards. Highly recommend.

We asked Paul to check our roof, particularly the ridge tiles which were in a poor state. He assessed the entire roof and explained everything so that we were well informed what work needed doing and why. All the work has been carried out to a high standard and our property has been left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Paul and would certainly call on him again in the future.

Paul came round to price for new guttering fascias and softfits also repair on conservatory roof great price,on doing the guttering he noticed roof needed extra work took pictures and videos. We excepted the price brilliant job done would not hesitate to call Paul if any other work needed

I had previously had 2 separate tradesmen try to fix a leak in my conservatory roof which I'd had for about 2 years with no success. Paul & Dave came and spent 2 full days on it. They were very thorough & happy to say no more leaks. Would definitely use them again.
