CBE Building and Maintenance Ltd.

They have been contracted for Halton housing to carry out this years investment plan on kitchens etc for 2026 I am on week 2 an wish they didn’t start atall, it’s a blame game when they damage a stop tap an leave you over a bank holiday with a big bag round it, then to top it off one of the apprentice lads named Dylan got mouthy in my property over a ring door bell camera thats broken an was very paranoid after commenting on particular items in my property an was told to leave twice because of his mouth anyone due to get work done or family members be vigilant because they won’t be stepping foot thru my door again! Cow boys just throw it in an hope for the best. 29th may 2026 afternoon 12-1pm

Absolutely brilliant lads, Shep & Dylan have been so helpful & gone above & beyond. Would recommend all day!

I’m incredibly frustrated with the experience I’ve had with CBE Building and Maintenance Ltd, particularly Connor. We originally booked them to fit new bedroom doors upstairs. After agreeing on a date, Conor cancelled on the day due to the doors arriving faulty. We rescheduled for four weeks later (the only availability we had), only to find that the wrong handles had been ordered. He then promised to drop off the doors and fit them with new handles within a week. That was over a month ago. Since then, I've had no updates, my calls and texts are being ignored, and we’ve been left completely in the dark. To make matters worse, when we finally unpacked the doors, we found they're all damaged, with visible marks and faults. Not only have they taken our money and failed to deliver the service — they’ve left us stuck with unusable products and no response whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable. We’ve been patient and understanding, but being ghosted after payment is beyond unprofessional. I’ll be reporting this company formally — it’s simply not right to take someone’s money and vanish. Avoid at all costs

A great family run building and maintenance firm the painter and decorator is the best in his attention to detail.

Great lads and very efficient work shep and dillon did a boss job on our new kitchen 👍 much appreciated and we will thoroughly enjoy the kitchen for years to come. Professional, polite and a credit to the company. Don't hesitate to use them! 5 🌟
