Carpet Clearance Centre

I'm not really a review person. I generally only make the effort for extremes from appalling service to save others from falling into the same situation or so outstanding it would be rude not to credit such a great business. From start to finish, this is proper no BS business. From having just the right amount of help in the showroom with no pushiness, no "sales pitches" just decent honest advice when it's asked for to aid the decision process. Great communication throughout for the home measurements appointment to the fitting appointment. A text the day before the fitting advising of arrival time and requirements for the room etc Rhys and Steve turned up spot on time, we're very pleasant, professional and ran through the job to ensure we were expecting the same outcome as they were expecting to provide. The area they were fitting was big and very awkward. They explained that the likelihood of some damage to paintwork was inevitable but they obviously try to minimise and avoid this where possible the possibility of damage wasn't a surprise but excellent that they manage expectations. My biggest fear was that a required join would scream at you. Dave demonstrated a worst case scenario and that's what I expected to see when complete. In reality, if you didn't know there was a joint, you simply wouldn't ever know! The only thing that could have improved the experience would be a free carpet 😁🤣 Couldn't recommend Carpet Clearance Centre highly enough. Thank you for a seamless stress-free experience

From the moment I stepped into the store to meeting the fitters, all the way to getting the carpet in; was an ABSOLUTE pleasure! Neil took the time and effort to make sure I was comfortable with all the carpet lingo and working with me to pick what was right for my situation. Dave measured and answered all the questions I had, putting me at ease. Sam and Mike fitted the carpet with precision and true effort and workmanship. This entire process was structured, clear, professional, and has made me promote this company to many of my friends and colleagues. Well done, and thank you for your incredible work!

I honestly can’t recommend the carpet clearance centre enough from start to finish it has been a fantastic experience Neil in the showroom was absolutely lovely and so helpful and made the whole experience effortless the carpets are excellent and very good prices. Mike and Sam fitted the carpet, they arrived on time and were lovely also and fitted the carpets to a high standard I will definitely use this company again in the future thank you so much 😊

From start to finish, we have had a lovely experience. Dave in the shop was extremely helpful, made choosing a carpet stress free! Then the fitting day was a breeze, a message the evening before with a time slot and the lads turned up on time and just fab. Stairs and landing, Stephen and Rhys were a dream, got all the carpet and underlay in, so our home didn't get too cold. They were a fab team and so polite. We will not use any other company, I cannot believe how reasonable the prices are, we were quoted 3 times the cost by another company. Thank you team.

Brilliant service from start to finish. All carpets come with free grippers, underlay and free fitting. Dave was very helpful in the shop. Ordered on the Friday- fitted on the following Wednesday. Fitters were lovely and did a great job. Would highly recommend this firm.
