Carlec Property Solutions Builders in Colchester

We worked with Carlec on renovations of two rooms at our home. The work was excellent throughout. Carl is extremely responsive and communicated at every stage of the process - this sets him apart from other contractors as you know exactly where you are and what to expect. Superb company to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you for all you have done for us Carl!

Carlec Property Solutions renovated our house in Cambridge. All of their staff were highly professional and a pleasure to work with. The work was done to the highest of standards and my wife and I were delighted with the outcome. Our friends and family have all commented on just what an amazing transformation been made to our house as a result. We can highly recommend Carl and his team for your project.

The work, advice and attention to detail I received when they fitted my new kitchen was exemplary. Simon listened to my sometimes contradictory wishes and made sense of them and I am so so pleased with the result. Can’t recommend the company more highly

Carl renovate my roof just recently. From start to finish, Carl was great to deal with. We were really happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. The best thing for me was the communication channels from Carl each day telling me what they had done. Communication was excellent and very friendly.

I have used Carlec Property Solutions on a few projects in both Cambridge and Essex as the main contractor and I woulnd't hestitate to recommend the company. As an interior designer, I need to ensure highest quality work is executed within agreed timeline, which happened on all projects where Carlec Property Solutions was appointed the main contractor. I would also like to stress fantastic communication kept throughout the project, where the director was in touch with myself with questions, updates, and anything that was required to execute the project successfully. I look forward to working on more projects with CPS.
