Fantastic service for a domestic customer. Our experience with BWS has been exceptional from start to finish. The first contact with their offices was very informative and we soon had a surveyor around who was extremely helpful and did a great job of explaining the options available to us. There was no hard sell here, just very helpful advice and guidance. Fitting was done very soon afterwards. The fitters were clearly very experienced, very careful and very friendly. Everything was explained really well and we had the system up and running a day later. I strongly recommend BWS if you want a great system fitted and supported by great, local people.

Edit. I had added two stars as since posting this review the company has been in touch and completed the work which I appreciate. **** Old review for reference. Service technician came and said he couldn't access the alarm panel so would have to return. Never returned. Company are now asking for more money on top of my annual service fee for a service that wasn't carried out. Asked for the service to be carried out or refunded, neither happened. Have paperwork from the service to prove it never happened and still no resolution so am now having to seek legal action.

Have been using them for 4 years now. They installed the system and carry out is annual service. Always professional, punctual and helpful. This year, had some rather complex modifications made to system which 'Gozzie' the engineer worked through impeccably. Thoroughly recommend.

Every member of the team, both admin and service have been polite and efficient. The office team are very helpful and I am very happy to leave any of the engineers in the house, if necessary, when I need to go out. (Our last engineer even finished with the mug of tea I'd given him, washed it up and popped it on my draining rack!) I can highly recommend BWS Security Systems Ltd to anyone
