Busy Bees Cleaning & Maintenance 2000 Ltd

I requested a deep clean of a flat that I recently purchased. It was the worst cleaning job I’ve seen - carpets weren’t vacuumed, floors weren’t washed, I was left with an absolutely filthy toilet, windows weren’t cleaned, the balcony that I asked to be cleaned was left in the exact same state, there was a cigarette lodged in the window, they also left me with a chopping board caked in dust and a bunch of rubbish on my kitchen counter - how hygienic! Incredibly infuriating as I will now have to cancel all my plans to clean this myself.

My wonderful regular cleaner moved area so I tried Busy Bees for a deep clean. I now realise why they were the only company that was available at fairly short notice. The standard of cleaning was very poor (as others here have said), missing out many key areas and not doing others properly - I've never seen such poor cleaning tbh. I gave polite and reasonable feedback be met by the incredibly aggressive and rude owner who does not seem to be able to cope with criticism. I have no idea how she is still in business - her behaviour was beyond unprofessional - it was actually unhinged. If you check local Fb groups, one ever recommends this company so I assume my experience is common. There are lots of other cleaning companies in the area who consistently get good feedback - I would choose one of these instead.

Our regular gardener is Steve. We cannot praise him enough. He is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly hardworking and always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service. Have been using Busy Bee’s for approx 3 years now and they are alway fantastic. If we need a last minute clean scheduling in they can always accommodate. Nathan, Lorraine and the team always do a really thorough job and our toilets always look fantastic after they have been. 5 star every time. Thank you.

We have used Busy Bee cleaning for 4 years running now and we have been very impressed right from the start. The office staff are very organised and arrange exactly what we require. We deal with Nathan & Loraine who are extremely reliable and have great attention to detail. Keep up the good work team!
