Burgess Security Systems Limited

Gentleman was very friendly and courteous. He told me in detail about the different tiers of cover and what each would cost. He was polite and listened to me when I said something.

Good, honest and reliable service at a reasonable price.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to BSSL for the outstanding services provided for both my pharmacy and my home. Although I don’t normally give reviews, my experience has compelled me to share my appreciation. Having transitioned from another security company due to their long delays in annual service, I was recommended to BSSL yesterday. I spoke with Julie, who promptly organised a visit for the following day. The engineer, Donald, arrived on time and was remarkably pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to set me up with the app, ensuring that I could control the alarm remotely without any issues. I am so impressed with the efficiency and work ethic demonstrated that I have already asked Julie to arrange another visit for my new physiotherapy business, which is opening soon. Thank you once again for your excellent service.

Great service with friendly and helpful installers.
