Put my new coat in as it had a few marks on it and it is specified on the label that it can only be dry cleaned. Only had the coat for around a month. Picked it up 5 days later and it is in worse condition than when i put it in. Paint has come off the buttons, Fur inside is matted, Logo has fallen off and the coat is not white/cream anymore it’s now grey. Charged £26 and done a terrible job looks 10x worse than when it was put in and the marks were not even removed 😂 Took the coat back today to ask for compensation and the abrupt woman said it is the coat and myself at fault and i “knew the risks”. did not get any of my money back. Do not recommend this business at all.

Put a suit in to get cleaned last week for a hen doo that i have worn once paid £170 for it my husband went to pick it up on Wednesday only to be told they have got ink on my pants this cowboy of a company done this the woman who told him said she had done it anyway I goes up her attitude was discusting not a sorry or anythn just to say it was an accident I was fuming so I said how did that happen she said there must of been a pen when she picked the clothes up to put in the machine discusting attitude as if nothn had happened she said another colleague had tried to get it out 3 times she knew the Monday and not 1 of them phoned me to tell me they waited for my husband to go to collect it 1st of all they offered me £35 and got a picture of a suit on her phone of the internet saying that looked liked my suit for £32 no it wasn't not a patch on my suit mine was from a boutique that 1 was somewere from China discusting attitude I said I wanted to see a manager she wouldnt get the manager on the phone I was fuming so arguein with her coz she done it then had the cheek to say to me this shouldn't of been cleaned dont you check your labels so I said don't you check for pens fuming I was it wasnt dry cleaned anyway it was put in a machine and I dont even think the blazer had been cleaned to tell you the truth so friday went back up seen a manager offered me £85 and the suit back coz there was nothn wrong with the blazer but there was its got a bit of ink on the sleeves not much just 2 little spots but not the point I hope every1 who is thinking about goin to this cowboy company thinks again the managers looked down the nose at me especially the woman when she came in who do some people think they are so alls im sayin think twice before goin here joke of a company they've got appalling attitudes and I hope they go bust thats how frustrated I am with this company DO NOT GO HERE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERY1 I KNOW ASWELL STAY AWAY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY AND IF I COULD REMOVE THAT 1 STAR I WOULD THEY DONT DESERVE ZERO STARS NEVER MIND 1 STAR

Everyone stay way from this cleaners in Broadway. They have ruined a £175 suit of my mums as they put a pen in with it !! Ink all over the trousers & offered her £35 at first !! After my mum going in not at all happy with that they upped it to £85 the whole suit is ruined you can't wear the blazer from it without the trousers !! They wouldn't give my mum the full amount as they said the blazer was fine when in fact on further inspection of the blazer it also has ink marks on it !! Still wouldn't budge on only reimbursing her £85. Once she has worn this suit & now its ruined !! The attitude on the woman in there aswell is disgusting, she wasn't one bit bothered saying to my mum she's had a telling off & hers weren't the only piece of clothing that this has happened to !! Oh well in that case love that's fine 😡 Mistakes do & can happen but the way this situation was dealt with by the staff & manager in there was diabolical & made this situation a 1000 times worse !! The manager wouldn't even come out & see my mum for 2 days !! Absolutely awful attitudes on them. So unless you want awful service & your clothes ruined I would avoid this place like the plague !!!!!! If I could of given zero stars, I would of !!

Very obnoxious old woman that thinks she's better than everyone else. Very antagonistic, thinks she owns the car park that is used for patrons of a number of shops on that row and deliberately parks behind people to block them in, in hope she can get an arguement out of them. The worst kind of person that isn't deserving of anybodys custom
