I contacted Clare at Bradwell maintenance to ask if an engineer could visit a tenant with a broken washing machine. An engineer was sent that afternoon and repaired a faulty power switch and also noticed a leak which was also repaired on the spot. All done in one day and a very happy tenant and landlord too :)
