Mark has just been for the annual service on my alarm and cctv system. He is always on time, knowledgable, tidy and really pleasant. I’ve known him for years as have had BEHSS alarm for a long time. It is really nice to see the same person. BEHSS are a great company to deal with, you always get a response quickly and on the rare occasion I have had to call an engineer out it has be prompt. I highly recommend them.

Annual Alarm Servicing Alarm and Update during Extension We have used BEHSS for years as a they are a small local business, having moved to them from an impersonal inefficient overpriced large organisation. We find them very reliable. Booking a service is easy, as they remind you that it is coming up and their very polite, helpful team, available on the end of the phone, make it easy. The service engineer always arrives on time, is polite, careful, quick, efficiently and unobtrusive. All at a very reasonable price. And during our extension the boss came out to review the system and made sensible suggestions that did not cost the earth to have implemented.

We've had two systems fitted by BEHSS - 2nd one when we moved in 2014 - and been a customer since around 2010. They have always provided an excellent service and I would certainly have no reservations in recommending them. Good reliable equipment installed at a fair price and serviced annually without fail.

Engineer turned up on time, very through and detailed inspection. Answered all our questions and very friendly and efficient. Could not fault the service.

After our initial meeting, we felt Roger was very competent and professional. We had full confidence in the advice he gave us regarding the security requirements for both the house and out-buildings. Mark, who installed the system, worked cleanly and efficiently; no mess at all. Once the installation was complete, he showed us how to operate it, including the app he had installed on our mobiles.
