Bullying, incompetent company. Don't use for the below reasons - They tie you into services you don't need and don't allow you to back out of them later down the line - They fail to pick up your bins, reporting 'missed collections' more times than they do the job you're paying them for - They charge you extra by no small fee for waste over a couple bin bags worth - They don't respond in any timely way (I have been waiting over a year to hear a response on one issue) - They give you a one month window in three years to get out of the contract or you pay 40% of the contract fees. - They bully competitors and clients alike by regularly taking them to court (I know a lot of people who have had issues with these guys) I have never dealt with a company so incompetent and with a lack of customer care.

Appalling services. Bunch of liars. A weekly scheduled Friday collection - i enquired twice prior to Christmas day and was promised that the collection would go ahead as normal. I also asked if the office was open in case (as on prior incompetent occasions) the bin wasn't emptied. I was assured that although the office couldn't be bothered to open, an alternative contact number would be available to speak to someone. No collection on boxing day, no alternative number to call - just an option to leave a message and get a call back when the lazy liars return to work. No idea when the bin will now be emptied. Black bags of rubbish now attracting rats as the bin is completely full as you can imagine at this time of year. As soon as I can make arrangements I'll be leaving this load of incompetent liars.

Awful company to deal with. Promise the earth then literally just ignore you. Sent a quote request online “account manager” rang to confirm the price and then told me the bin would arrive within 7 days…. 3 weeks later the bins havnt arrived, “account manager” hasn’t replied to txts or emails and you sit on hold for 30 minutes plus waiting for customer services.

Be careful with this company. You’re signed up for a contract for two years which then rolls over, they don’t let you know and you have to the pay to get out of it. Paying for a bin you aren’t using! The customer service isn’t great, no one seems to know anything when you call, they just say email & then you can be waiting up to 4 days for them to respond to an email.

Strongly suggest to avoid this company at all costs. Found out that we were paying over double the amount per bin in comparison to another company. Contacted them to cancel our agreement only to be told that we couldn't as we were in a new contract. I had contacted them a few months prior to notify them of a change of trading name (not location or limited company), without knowing or being informed, their savvy sales team had put me onto a completely new contract and won't budge on letting me get out of it. Manager never returned requests for a call back although I'm certain that he would have is we were wanting to sign up a new service! Awful, old fashioned, highly dishonest business structure focusing on sales and not customer service/satisfaction. Avoid!
