Massive store which always has a massive queue. Staff aren’t the friendliest and the products are of cheap quality. Good if you buy in the mindset it’s not going to last. Asked advice on the type of bulb to buy and ended up buying bulbs that weren’t fit for purpose.

Cannot believe the new opening hours. Only open to 9? I get out of work at 9 and head to b&m after my shift to get the groceries before heading home. This is disgraceful.

Lost my daughters comforter toy in store yesterday, staff member Chloe couldnt have been nicer & more helpful Even offered to help me look for it on her break Comforter was found as i done laps looking for it, thanks again Chloe for being so nice and helpful 😀
