Bluesky Window Cleaning

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND NASTY PEOPLE AT YOUR PROPERTY. Today, my sister, mum and I were leaving to the hospital to visit my stepdad who is in critical end-of-life condition. A Bluesky Window van was blocking my sister’s driveway and she asked the window cleaner very nicely if he could move the van so we could get out. He barely moved it forward and when my sister told him that wasn’t enough and asked him to move it further, he told her there was plenty of room. There was not. He begrudgingly moved it a few inches further, STILL partially blocking her driveway. She once again said, look that’s not enough. He came up to her window and said rudely to my sister “You need to take another driving test because there’s plenty of room.” There was not. My sister told him not to be so sexist and to make space and he just jeered at her and made even more derogatory remarks. We all got upset because we are all under a lot of stress over my stepdad’s health but this idiot just laughed at us. He flat out refused to move the van anymore and with no other choice, my sister had to back out onto a busy street and do a multi-point turn to get around the van. THE WINDOW CLEANER YELLED “WATCH OUT” and my sister slammed on her brakes. HE WAS MESSING WITH HER AND ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT. HE THEN JEERED LOUDLY AND LAUGHED AT EVERY SINGLE TURN SHE HAD TO MAKE TO GET PAST HIS VAN. This was ALL in front of a young boy, presumably his son, who he had working with him. Any employee of any business that treats the public like that does NOT deserve employment. Especially if you value yourself, your property and your community.

If I could rate them with O stars I would. My appointment with Neil was extremely urgent, I had a check out to do with a rental house, so I was heavily relying on him to clean the windows before the inventory people turned up. Neil never turned up and he never returned my calls. I tried to google the company to see if I could get hold of another colleague, and phoned another company by mistake with a similar name company . The person picked up and said the following “ Neil doesn’t work here, but whoever he is, I get calls like this all the time, he seems to have very bad communication with his clients and I get calls like this all the time” thanks Neil for helping me lose part of my deposit’

Very poor quality wash, window sills are full if dust, they constantly forgetting to wash my skylight windows and never returned to finish the job. After washing the skylight windows this time (having missed to do so twice) the wash was so poor that there is still all the dust and moss left. Despite my complaint to the office, I get no response what so ever.

Luke was very professional and advised me when he saw that something needed doing. The standard of my patio clean was such that friends asked me had I had it redone. The service was prompt and reliable, always keeping me advised of arrival time by reminder texts the day before and a call on the day to confirm time. I highly recommend his service.

I have used Bluesky Window Cleaning for about 8 months now, the team are professional and thorough every single time. Clifford is always polite and friendly, if I ever have a question or need an additional service he has always have gone out of his way to do it for me. Highly recommended
