I chose Blossom Healthcare to look after Mum (90 now) because of their listing in the KCC safe and reliable domicillary care providers. In the months we've had them over, initially just one hour in the morning to get mum cleaned up and dressed for the day, and now it's twice a day the second visit was to put her to bed (but like so many older people you can't force them) so now it's just a pad change and a chat! I can't fault their services or their communication if they're running late due to traffic etc I often get a notification on my phone. There are lots of team members with new joiners coming all the time. They train on the job and shadow the new person until they're ready. Mum is now a happier bunny than she was when dressing changes and washing was down to me her Son! Five star service all round, certainly recommend them to others looking for visiting care services!

I have dealt with many care companies in my lifetime and nothing compares to Blossom Homecare. Nicky is an amazing manager and genuinely cares for the clients who request her services, and the carers themselves are all so lovely. Nicky has a great way of knowing which carers will suit which client and it really benefits both mentally and physically. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone truly cares about the client needs. I could never recommend anyone other than blossom and I’m so glad I was recommended them too. They are true carers and a credit to their work. You will not be disappointed 🙏🏼

Cannot fault this service. I have h nothing hit great things to say. I have a weekly cleaner come and help and support me because I am a carer to my son and the house can be a bit a much and get on top of me. Never any judgement and full of kindness and understanding. Particularly want to say a huge thank you to Evie and Nicky who have been endlessly supportive and kind. Highly highly recommend!!

Always provides useful and helpful ladies

Blossom care are really brilliant. My dear Richard has been very happy with all the carers.. Nothing has been too much trouble. Richard has enjoyed walks , coffee and cake at cafes and he has even been on the Hythe Dymchurch steam train with Tony. I can't thank you enough for everything you have done.
