Bioshine Property Services

I only seem to move once every decade, but whenever I need an end-of-tenancy deep clean, Bioshine is the only company I trust. Having used them multiple times now, I can confidently say they are the absolute best in the business. Not only are their prices incredibly reasonable, but the quality of the finish is flawless. Dealing with Maria and Chris is always a joy; they take all the stress out of moving day and make everything so easy. If you need a reliable, high-quality clean, give them a try—you won't look anywhere else afterwards!

We have been using Bioshine for a while now, they were recommended by a friend also working in the property industry. Prior to finding Maria's company, we had to trial several cleaning companies who sadly never met the high standards we need when running a property management department. Maria and her team have surpassed all expectations. They are always reliable, clean to a very high standard, providing evidence/before & after photos and charge reasonably for their services. Bioshine add personal touches like leaving a mini care package including soap and a certificate to say the property has been professionally cleaned, which we love! Nothing is too much trouble and they always manage to accommodate last minute cleans! Aside from their excellent work, Maria and her team are really lovely genuine people, we're very lucky to have found their company and hope for a long lasting professional relationship. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a cleaner.

Bioshine Property Services did an excellent job cleaning my property and were thorough and efficient. The oven cleaning was particularly impressive. I thoroughly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Maria has been a pleasure to deal with and I am so happy with her work on our end of tenancy clean - 5 star review and would highly recommend

Very professional and trustworthy. We were not at the property but co-ordinated with a local contact picked up the keys cleaned the house to a great standard. First family to view the property loved it.
