Bin Cleaners UK

Incredibly horrible experience. Was a customer for many, many years, they never had a problem accepting cash. We would pay binmen double or triple in tips and those bin men never told us to begin paying in card instead, never once were we told. We had no problem with paying, we just didn’t know the bank details which they never showed or sent to us in any way, shape or form. Then they just stopped the service for us without another word or explanation? Upon calling, I was told that they’d emailed us previously. I explained that this email address wasn’t up to date as my father had left us very suddenly so we weren’t sure what we had, but we’d called multiple times so they could’ve told us then instead of trying to say we hadn’t responded to their email? The man got extremely annoyed saying he couldn’t anticipate our family situation. I said that I understand that, I’m just trying to explain our side and that we weren’t intentionally trying to ignore him. And that we’ve always paid on time in cash before, and that the binmen themselves can confirm we’ve paid extra before on numerous occasions, probably every time. He cut me off before I could speak, saying I’ve got an attitude (because I was on the verge of tears after having to explain that my father left us one day hence these problems we weren’t even aware of??), and cut off the line saying, “I’m not doing this anymore, find someone else.” Disgusting behaviour, no professionalism whatsoever. Doesn’t care about loyal customers whatsoever. My mum has spoken nicely of him many times because whenever she called, he’d always explain he’ll send her bank details for her to clear her balance, which he never did. And look at how he treats us for HIM not doing things on HIS end.

They are the best company , if you want great communication, always on time and perfect in their job. I recommend them all my family and friends. Thank you for your service

Initially good service. However bin not cleaned last week. Phone call and numerous texts and emails plus contact made via website to establish why not....no response at all

Excellent service, bin looks and smells brand new, lined with a huge bin liner. Highly recommended. Fantastic company that I hope to be dealing with for a long time

Amazing service incredibly cheap. Honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough!!! They even line the bins after cleaning
