Big Bubble Cleaning

We have had Katie from Big Bubble clean our home for the past year and she has been an absolute star! She has been so respectful of us and our home right from day one. She cracks straight on as soon as she gets here, of course after saying hello to our pup (who thinks she’s great also). I have really enjoyed coming home to a stripy hoovered sofa (IYKYK) and knowing that the person we have let into our home is careful and respectful of the things that we own and treasure. The couple of occasions that Katie has had time off, the Big Bubble team tell me with lots of notice and gave me the choice of another cleaner or tweaking the schedule, I’ve tried both and no complaints! Thank you Katie and the Big Bubble team

Graham and Alison were both so lovely in what was a difficult situation. They deep cleaned a flat for a family member who was very unwell and had no other options. Really appreciate the hard work, kindness and great communication with Big Bubble. Thank you

Amazing company. Both Graham and Alison are lovely and actually the kindest managers I ever had. They care about their staff and clients equally and make sure the job is complete to the best standard. I would definitely recommend anyone to use big bubble.

Started to clean my communal house that I live in . Then never attended and tried to say they attended.. done a very good job on the initial visits . Then missed jobs and areas . Then didn't attend and signed the sheet the next week with 2 dates . And not attending the 1st date . Or doing the same job was done on the very 1st visit . Never mopped the floors in over 6 months 🤔

Big Bubble cleaning services are so much more than a cleaning service ! Alison and Graham along with their team of staff ( sorry I can’t remember your names sorry ) have Changed my life from being trapped in my own cluttered home and giving up on life to feeling like I can live again … it may sound extreme because it was … . So grateful and thankful
