Carmen's Cleans and Property Maintenance

I've worked with Carmen for property changeovers, inventories, and inspections for a good while now, and she's been great to work with. She's reliable, flexible when we've needed quick turnarounds, and always does a thorough job. The standard of cleaning is consistently high and her inventory reports are detailed and easy to follow. Communication is always good and we know if Carmen's involved, the property will be ready for the next client. Highly recommended!

Carmen's Cleans provide a brilliant standard of service, and are always willing to go the extra mile. Would highly recommend for any professional or personal cleaning needs.

We used Carmens Cleans to support a vulnerable client with a deep clean of their property. During the clean there were multiple hurdles that were overcome by the team. This included requiring extensive pest control which was organised by Carmen and her team. Carmen communicated thoroughly with us as the care team which enabled us to keep the client updated throughout and to help us plan. We were amazed at the outcome and we would not hesitate to recommend this cleaning company. We will certainly be using again in the future.

Carmen’s Cleans are absolutely amazing! They always go above and beyond, and I really appreciate how they report back any maintenance issues straight away. Their attention to detail and diligence in cleaning are fantastic. In addition, their end-of-tenancy cleans and build clears are brilliant. I would totally recommend Carmen and her team, a brilliant service from start to finish! Thank you! Lindsay

I can’t recommend Carmens cleans enough. What an amazing job they do! They really are the best around. Reliable, trustworthy and professional
