Bestways Dry Cleaners

The owner of Bestways was helpful, flexible and gave plenty of advice on the cleaning of futon covers that I had. All went very smoothly and I’ll certainly be back in the future. Highly recommended!

Have used them 3 times now for shirts, jumpers and duvet and had no problems. Everything came back clean, fresh and nicely wrapped. Friendly, polite and reasonable prices.

Very friendly and well established 'Portlandia' business, they cleaned and pressed a range of garments for me, including my dinner suit, winter coat and some smart pairs of trousers. Have an excellent knowledge of their trade and are enthusiastic about working in our area. Highly recommend.

APPALLING SERVICE! Placed a pair of *BRAND NEW* trousers in to be cleaned. When I returned to collect them they were torn on the seam. Asked how this could have happened and got no satisfaction. In addition to this the fabric (velvet) was all damaged by chemicals which were obviously too harsh for the fabric. The only comeback from the owner was that I return them to the store! These trousers were brand new! The damage was quite clearly caused by Bestways! The owner was rude and aggressive - will not be returning! You should be embarrassed to be a part of the Portland Road family!

Far better than any chain operator, they know their stuff and are very careful/thorough, anything I put in always comes back super clean, stains removed and fantastically pressed
