Bespoke Bureau

I had a fantastic experience working with Sara Vestin at Bespoke Bureau and the British Butler Academy. She's incredibly responsive, proactive and took the time to truly understand my career goals. Clear communication and updates on where I stand throughout the process. I look forward to continue our collaboration. Many Thanks Indeed... Highly recommended!

Bespoke Bureau is truly the best household staff agency I have worked with. Sara is highly professional, incredibly supportive, and has an excellent understanding of private household standards. She takes the time to listen carefully, understand your needs, and offer thoughtful advice. Her communication is outstanding, always clear and very prompt. I felt genuinely supported throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Bespoke Bureau to anyone seeking a role within a private household.

Bespoke Bureau provided in-house training for our team and were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Katy was an exceptional trainer whose extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience brought significant value to the course. Bespoke Bureau took the time to understand our specific needs and developed a customized training plan that was both practical and relevant to our household operations. We appreciated their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail and would highly recommend them for household staff training.

My experience with Sara has been absolutely amazing. Everything has been smooth and well organised throughout the application process. What really stood out for me - Sara took the time to even explain to me what to expect in the next few days after the application. Thank you again for your professionalism, kindness and excellent communication. Alina O.

I have been genuinely impressed with Sara from day one! She is incredibly warm, professional and exceptionally responsive — something that is sadly quite rare these days. Sarah asks all the right questions and really takes the time to understand not only a relevant experience but also my personality, strengths and what kind of environment I would truly thrive in. I could definitely tell that she genuinely cares about placing people in roles that are the right fit & long term. So far, my experience with her has been nothing short of five-star and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone. Bianka
