Shocking service at our village at West Carclaze Village Cornwall. Non responsive to all residents complaints about taking our fees and no work being completed. Still waiting for our 2025 statement and 2026 fees. The whole area is massively overgrown and neglected.. avoid this dishonest fraudulent company.

They took care of gardening and landscaping, as well as some simpler maintenance tasks, and everything was handled efficiently and without hassle. Laura was especially helpful during the sale of the house. She was always available on the phone, quick to respond to queries, and consistently supportive throughout the process. Her communication made a stressful time much easier to manage. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend Belmont Property Management for their reliability and helpful service.

Even their Emergency phone number was ignored three times! Typical of this arrogant Company! Definitely not worth the money we are forced to pay them via our communal Service Charge for the Maintenace of planted areas in our Estate… Avoid if you can!

We have been waiting nearly three years for Belmont Property Services to address a hazardous defect in the turning circle outside our home. Despite repeated written requests and numerous phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. The surface is uneven and deteriorating—I’ve personally tripped over it, and it continues to pose a risk to residents, visitors, and delivery drivers alike. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Our concerns have been met with silence or vague assurances, with no meaningful action taken. We are not alone—many other residents on the estate are experiencing similar neglect, raising serious questions about the value and integrity of the service being provided. When residents are paying a substantial annual service charge, we expect a basic standard of care, timely maintenance, and transparent communication. Unfortunately, Belmont has consistently failed to deliver on all three fronts. This is not just a matter of inconvenience—it’s a matter of health, safety, and trust. We urge Belmont Property Services to take immediate and decisive action to resolve these long-standing issues and to begin treating residents with the respect and responsiveness we deserve.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are completely useless and have zero respect for their customers. Difficult to get hold of, unresponsive to emails and just plain rude when you do finally get a response. I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with this company for almost 5 years and I’m seriously considering moving house just to get away from them. They’ve taken so much of our money for such a little return on our building. Please find another company, these guys should not be in business, they are crooks.
