We have used this cleaning company for years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service is always excellent and our cleaner does such a fantastic job every time, reliable, thorough, and takes real pride in their work. Lisa is always so welcoming, helpful, and incredibly prompt to respond, which makes everything so easy and stress free. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers such a high standard with such a personal touch. Highly recommended, we are always so pleased with the service.

Unfortunately, the cleaner hired from Bella Casa, has stolen valuable items over a period of many months, and we only detected what was going on by accident. Items were of silver, and irreplaceable, plus Family photographs and Albums, also irreplaceable. Value above 2 Thousand Pounds

Tried to book for a fortnightly clean, on the day cleaner was ill, rescheduled to next day, next day we called when they were 45mins late and seems car trouble, rescheduled for next day, non-regular cleaner arrived was here for 3 hours, not happy at all, didn't know what she was doing at all, left dust and cobwebs, spent 1 hour cleaning bathroom with loo roll(we gave cleaning sponges, and spray). Complained Lisa was very helpful told us we didn't have to pay agent fee and gave us 50% refund on cleaner fee. We waited for our regular cleaner 2 weeks later, we were told could she come at 9 not 12 we agreed yes no problem. Day came 30mins late no sign of cleaner, we had to cancel. Lisa told us cleaner was coming at 12 not 9 we said no we were told 9am we cannot do 12. Cancelled service, finding somewhere else.

Belle Casa have been amazing right from Day 1. They found me a cleaner who could start immediately and who was punctual, organised and did a fantastic job week on week. When she was no longer able to continue cleaning our home, due to other work commitments, Lisa at Belle Casa found a replacement that same day who took over straight away and who is just as good. Our home has never looked better and I really couldn't be happier with the whole service provided. Would recommend to anyone!
