Bath Specialist Cleaning Solutions

Started off a positive experience but quickly went downhill. Cleaning team always friendly. But office staff are bad at communicating and recently, sadly I haven’t felt valued as a customer. To be honest, I should have moved on much sooner - but being a busy mum I didn’t want the admin hassle of changing cleaners, so stuck with it for longer than I should have. Unfortunately, it’s been hit and miss with the standard of cleaning: but the main problem has been timings and communications from the office team along with those on the job. I’m never kept in the loop if the team are running late. Nor is there any attempt to rearrange if they’ve had to cancel a session. Recent communication with, who I assume is the owner, has been really poor and unhelpful, it’s left a very sour taste in my mouth. Unfortunately we won’t be using again.

We've been customers of Bath Specialist Cleaning Solutions for over a year -- and couldn't be happier! All the cleaners who have worked for us have been thoughtful and hard-working. They also have helped make our lives so much better, too, not just from their hard work but from their presence as people. I work from home on the days they clean and every cleaner has been kind and a pleasure to be around too -- on top of doing great at an often difficult job. I felt like our cleaners were genuinely excited for us when they saw our first real home after we moved from our old flat, and I couldn't be more grateful. I look forward to seeing them as much as our sparkling clean house afterwards.

We arranged for Bath Specialist Cleaning Solutions to clean our house before we moved in. It had been empty for 18 months, so it really needed some TLC. They did an absolutely amazing job – extremely thorough, cleaning every cupboard, kitchen appliance, and corner. When we arrived, it was spotless and fresh, which meant we could move our belongings straight in without any hassle. Communication was excellent throughout, and the team were both professional and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services to anyone wanting a top-quality clean.

Wow! Can highly recommend Bath Specialist Cleaning Solutions. Came to the rescue last minute to do an end of tenancy clean for me in Boa and did an absolutely amazing job. The guys who came to clean were super friendly and helpful and left the house immaculate. Now wouldn't use anyone else ❤

I have used many cleaners over the years however Bath Specialist Cleaning Solutions have blown me away! From the first enquiry to now my weekly cleans they have been amazing throughout. I first had a deep clean with them for my house and an oven clean. They were on time, well prepared and very efficient. I came home to what I can only describe as show home standard cleaning. They exceeded my expectations massively. They were extremely considerate and were amazing with my dog too. Even ringing me to double check on how they should leave him. My weekly cleans are no exception to this standard I just love walking round my house after work once they have been and seeing all their eye for details and always appreciate how they go the extra mile. They’re extremely reliable and I would 1000% recommend.
