Bambü Window Cleaning

Took a punt on Bambu - first class service, no hard sell. Easy payment system, excellent operatives and whether top floor or ground floor - windows are clean!! Happy to recommend. A+++

Definitely the best so easy to set up, know exactly when they are coming and when payments are taken. The men who clean are very respectful of your property also polite and do a fantastic job of cleaning, wiping cills and door bottoms. And I now have the cleanest windows and frames thank you

I just want to say a massive thank you your service was exceptional this morning. David was great, called me to confirm he was at the correct address and he did a fantastic job i would just like to say a big thank you as I know my property is not the easiest to find. If I could ask David to come back every month please. Thank you once again and I would recommend you over and over again.

As a new customer, I was welcomed by a care, friendly young man that explained the process and what kind of window clean I was getting. And the notification I will receive before a clean. Shows respect with every clean. Highly recommend 👌

Disappointing service all round sadly. There are always marks still left on the windows after they've been. It's hit and miss whether they message to tell you they're coming, once they turned up without any warning text and arrived at the same time as a renderer so they said they'd come back another day and didn't turn up again for 8 weeks. Worst of all we've noticed scratches appearing on our windows in lines approximately the width of the brushes. When I emailed to complain about that and the poor quality clean that week they just said 'our brushes don't cause scratches'. No apology or response to my complaint about all the dirt still left on the windows. Wouldn't recommend.
