B C Cleaning

Would not recommend - First contacted the company this year to have my windows cleaned. Never set up a cleaning schedule, agreed to one or asked them to return. Yesterday they returned unannounced and proceeded to clean the windows, causing distress to my partner who believed someone was trying to break in. Once she calmed down and realised it was the window cleaner, she tried to get their attention but the front door was blocked and they had headphones in. Reasonable attempts were also made to contact the business, they were called twice but no answer and messaged to stop the unsolicited work. The individual then left. Transpires the business contacted the previous home owner's number the night before, although they wouldn't accept this error and tried to blame me. The business accepted they had no access to business phone at the time when I called and messaged, telling them to stop. The company then proceeded to bill me for the unsolicited services which I have refused to pay and have said it is my fault. Had no-one been home I would still not pay for a service I did not want, request or agree to. Today I received a call from the business threatening to take a civil claim out against me if I did not pay and that their partner is in the police. The company accepted no error in their actions.

Had a horrible encounter with the (what I assume is) the owner of this business. I wasn’t even using his services but when told nicely that he cannot park across double yellows as it is an access point for many businesses down the road, he became very aggressive and rude to myself and other people nearby. What a way to promote your business. A disgusting man who clearly has no care for the public and shouldn’t be in a service providing industry if he cannot be polite or understanding
