AWM Windows & Doors

Awful customer support service. We had fitted a new doors and after couple months hinge was broken it self . They can”t replace, because their terms and condition is not under warranty.

I would have given a much higher review but I found the experience of ordering a window, a door and side windows very difficult and frustrating. The time it took going back and forth trying to get what I wanted using my measurements meant that I mistakenly changed my initial measurements. When the door and side windows arrived I quickly realised they where 10cm to small. My fault clearly but AWM didn't make it easy for me and weren't helpful during the order process. I managed to fit the door and side window using two 50mm spacer units. However when I went to adjust the door using the hinge adjusters one of the screws broke when I tried to loosen it. Disappointing for a brand new door that had been fitted only one day. More disappointing was AWM respons. I contacted them straight away and they asked me for photos which I sent. It's been over a week and two reminder emails and still no reply and more importantly no replacement hinge. I wouldn't use AWM again and wouldn't recommend them. Such a shame as they were recommended to me by a neighbour and a builder.

Really happy with the French doors we had made to measure. Spoke over the phone for advice with adding an additional 25mm add on to the head of the door as we had a oppennig height of 2230mm. Was really helpful. Doors arrived in time and tracking was really good. Doors arrived in perfect condition and were really easy to assemble and install. Was a lot more resonably priced than anywhere else I looked. Will definitely use again for any other doors or windows.

Someone put shocking customer service? What customer service?! There is none.. I ordered 3 roof lanterns, their website says 5% off when ordering 2 or more products.. The guy on the phone says "we stopped that 2 years ago, don't know where you saw that?" I told him on their website, i got a usual "sorry about that" no offer of compromise or honouring the discount. Lets hope the quality of the windows are better than the service.

Seen some bad reviews on here but in my experience they have been great. I had some questions regarding frame dimensions before ordering and all were answered (dimensions spot on). I ordered using the made to measure function online, the doors arrived when they said and looked great. Maybe some instructions on the hinge adjustments could be provided, I haven't seen this type before but soon worked it out.
