Here's a much sharper version that is still framed as your opinion and experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Without a doubt one of the worst services I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Every collection day it's the same story another excuse, another missed bin, and another reminder of just how little they seem to care about the people they're supposed to serve. One of my neighbour's bins has been sitting outside for weeks because it still hasn't been emptied. The smell is disgusting, flies and bugs are gathering around it, and it's becoming a genuine public health nuisance. Yet nothing gets done. From my experience, this service comes across as completely incompetent. There seems to be no accountability, no pride in the job, and no urgency to fix repeated failures. Residents pay for a service that simply isn't being delivered, while Aragon continues to let standards sink lower and lower. If this is considered an acceptable level of service, then something is seriously wrong. It's embarrassing, unhygienic, and an insult to every resident who pays for their bins to be collected. Do better.

11 weeks ago I signed up for the brown bin, I've been chasing this every week, for the last 5 weeks I've been told and promised, you'll definitely get it this week and after my latest call I've been told yet again I'll get it next week, I've had the sticker for the bin for over 6 weeks and it says stick to the bin, what bin. So aragon when will I be getting the bin I've been paying for?. I've even said I'll collect the bin myself if it means getting my bin. I'm fed up with the lies.

the bins were not collected because they were “not taken out.” However, all three of my bins are always positioned at the front of the property, approximately one meter from the main road. In other words, they are permanently accessible for collection. 2 weeks after I reported this to PCC and Aragon I'm still without absolutely any kind of update. Not sure what kind of "investigation" is being done but it's just a joke.

PRIME EXAMPLE; shared recycling skip, blue dot is a slice of pizza left by unknown. This skip & all its contents are now considered contaminated and not collected. So bad is the contamination from the pizza slice that the empty lucazde bottle on far left has been contaminated, even the thick protective safety gloves worn by workers are no match and the pizza cannot be touched or removed 😳😳😳 this is the world we now live in. 🙄

Worst place for MOT. . The staff is not very professional and not respectful at all.
