AP Property maintenance services

Ant has just finished decorating my hall, stairs and landing and woodwork and ceiling in the bathroom. It’s the second time I’ve called on Ant to decorate for me and on both occasions I’ve not been disappointed with the end results. He’s a lovely guy who nothing is too much trouble for. He’s professional, communicative and a pleasant person to have doing a job in your home. I’ll definitely be calling on him again in the future. 👍🏻👍🏻

Anthony recently treated all our fence panels, gate and shed, and the results are outstanding. His attention to detail is excellent — he works carefully, safely and with real pride in what he does. The finish is of a very high standard, and he kept everything neat and tidy throughout the job. Anthony is reliable, punctual and completely trustworthy. It’s clear he cares about delivering quality workmanship, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for professional, thorough and dependable service. John and Tracy 19 June 2026

We had Anthony in the paint our living room and dining room which included the skirting boards and door frames. Not only did he do those he also went above and beyond and fixed up some bits that weren’t on the list. He hardly stopped all week and did a fantastic job at a good price. Will definitely use again.
