Property Maintenance Services

After being let down by some trades at the last minute, along comes Danny and Property Maintenance Services to pick up the work at very short notice and they’ve done a great job. Completely relaid the 100 year old roof, ensuring the strengthening work and felting was all done. A huge amount of work on a complex roof. This was all done whilst fighting the weather. We were having renewables fitted so Danny has fitted vents to accommodate that as well as repointing the chimneys, and replacing gutting and drainpipes. Loads of work done really well, by nice people at a decent price. Would happily recommend them.

Asked for recommendations on the local Facebook page for someone to quote for guttering, fascia and soffits. Dan was quick to quote, came round same day. He even gave me some advice/assistance on some other issues that had sprung up with the house. He manged to schedule the work in only a week later! Dan kept me updated with timings and arrived promptly. Him and Sean did a wonderful job of the work, paid attention to every detail. They were friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend Dan and his team. I will be using him for any applicable work going forward.

Quality workmanship from a team, lead by Dan, of friendly and approachable tradesmen. Reliable - they always turn up on time. Trustworthy - we left our house in Dan’s capable hands when we went on holiday whilst they did our extension. What i really like is that they won’t try to upsell unnecessaries and if they spot small jobs that need attending to they just do them. I could not recommend PMS highly enough.

Danny and his team have completed work for us before, so when it came time to replace our roof we had no hesitation in calling them again – and they did a truly wonderful job. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work were outstanding. They kept us informed throughout the process, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy each day. The new roof looks fantastic, and it’s clear that a lot of care and expertise went into every part of the job. It’s rare to find a team that’s both reliable and takes such pride in their work, but Danny and his team deliver on both fronts. We’re delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing/property maintenance work.

Daniel and his team came to give us a price for some new windows and doors. Within two days Daniel had provided us with an excellent price for the job and within 5 weeks our new amazing windows were fitted. Daniel and his team did a great job and I can't recommend them enough!
