Very unprofessional company. Land owners should be very wary of using this company, they not only ignore their own T&C's thinking they are above them, they carry out dangerous practices that could endanger lives and the way they act makes your customers look to use businesses elsewhere. At Liverpool Princes Dock Multi Storey car park where they manage the site trading as Ocean Parking , this company's operatives frequently place barriers in front of emergency fire exits and park their vehicles on double yellows and outside of marked parking bays, actions they happily charge your customers £60/£100 if they do this. They are yet to respond to a complaint placed over a month ago and still continue to block emergency fire exits a month after being informed of this.

Fined for parking when EV charging was stated as exempt from paying for parking. Submitted an appeal which they clearly just ignored and sent a generic reply back that didn’t answer any of the points I raised in the appeal. You can appeal the decision but obviously they have the ‘threat’ that you then can’t pay the reduced fee. Usual BS from these scam parking companies. Shame they don’t support EV vehicles in trying to do better for the environment, guess that’s not important for them. Scam of a company

A fantastic company to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, welcoming, open, honest and made me feel part of the family.

Today I received a fine from this company for parking on an empty car park attached to a retail park in Lancaster after all the shops had closed. My parking there had absolutely zero negative impact on any of the retail businesses as they were closed. Similarly, no other motorist was inconvenienced in any way as the car park was empty. It makes my blood boil that businesses like this are allowed to continue to use such immoral, ethically questionable tactics to fleece innocent people out of cash at a time when so many of us are struggling with the cost of living crisis. Everyone involved with this business should hang their heads in shame.
