AJD Security

“5 stars! From start to finish, this company provided a first-class service. I received my spare remote key and it works perfectly. A big thank you to Andrea.”

Had a problem with a garage door, had a company out, who told me it was a controller with our even getting a meter out. Andrea offered to call the same day correctly diagnosed the fault. A new motor needed. Attended the next working day and invoice have the previous company's incorrect quote. First class company and service Thanks

I highly recommend A.J.D security! I had a shop front, roller shutter fitted this week and I’m more than happy with the results. From measuring to fitting the company have been friendly and efficienct. Not only does the shutter look very smart but knowing the business is secure is priceless. Huge Thankyou to the team at A.J.D

Recently bought 2 grilles from AJD which I fitted myself with no problems. Their service was very professional , helpful and friendly throughout. The grilles were ready in 11 days from ordering and were loaded into my car by one of the staff. The quality is superb and when fitted easily slide to the sides of the window and 'slam lock' when pushed back together. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had sliding grille fitted few months ago. Initially when they arrived they were wrong design to what was agreed. It was a difficult time explaining what was agreed. Had to go through the emails to show what was agreed. After a lot of unreasonable excuses from the owner they finally agreed to do a correct one. We should have taken it as a red flag at the time but decided to go ahead. Second one was fitted just after the lockdown so we could not be around until after it was fitted due to us maintaining social distance. The fitters did a fantastic job with fitting but the design was entirely incorrect and therefore very less secure. They also cover the glass of our door when open, dimensions being of smaller than the expected size. The shutters are now just deterrent rather than adding to security. Contacted the owner but the emails were completely ignored. We paid the bill thinking the issues would be taken care of later. But highly unprofessional owner, no response to the email yet. I will not recommend the cowboys to anyone unless you are willing to spend a lot of time validating the work and following up over the mistakes.
