AirUs

Being able to fulfill my child’s dream of staying close to their favorite football stadium was truly something special. During our stay, we also celebrated Eid al-Fitr, which made the experience even more meaningful. The house, including the kitchen and bedrooms, made us feel just like we were celebrating at home rather than in a rental. Everything was comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained. We truly felt at ease, as if it was our own home. Good job team AirUs

Lovely house, perfect for our stay. Beautifully decorated and clean. Great communication from owners. Shop just a short distance at end of street. Street was busy but we didn't have a car for this visit.

AirUs have been managing my properties for a number of years now and they've done a fantastic job. The team are professional, responsive and genuinely care about looking after both the property and the guest experience. The results they've achieved gave me the confidence to purchase another investment property recently and I didn't hesitate to use AirUs again. They helped with everything from sourcing the property and overseeing the renovation to handling the licensing process and now managing it day to day. Having a team that can support the entire process under one roof has made things much easier and it's been great to work with people who are knowledgeable, proactive and easy to deal with. I'd happily recommend AirUs to anyone looking for a reliable short-term let management company.

AirUs have been managing my property in Inverness since 2021 and have done such an amazing job that I bought another property this year for them to manage as well. They provide a complete passive income with no stress or hassle for me. The team are friendly and very knowledgeable in the short term market. I can’t thank them enough for their great service and for helping me earn around three times more than long term rent

Recently stayed in a beautifully designed and styled house in Glasgow. There were a few slight issues (I.e. dirty in some places) but generally they weren't awful (apart from the maggot that we found) We raised the issues to the host/management team and the response was appalling. We were threatened numerous times, intimidated and eventually asked to leave immediately late in the evening with two young children (1 and 4) and left to find a hotel at 7pm. The people running it have very poor people skills. They have ignored the solid evidence of dirt and bad behaviour and are trying to lie about it to stop us getting a refund. We will NOT USE!! *update* the main issue we have is with the response from the management team who are threatening to call their solicitor if I don't take down this review because I said 'DO NOT USE!!'! The photos tell the truth, unfortunately the owner is telling his side of the story which does not match ours (or the evidence.) Intimidating and unprofessional behaviour (how many other negative reviews have they forced/intimidated people to take down?)
