Aim Environmental Services

I cannot recommend this company enough. So friendly and accommodating. I called very late in the afternoon and got a next day appointment. I was visited by Tara who was absolutely amazing, Tara Explained everything in detail and talked me through the process and told me what to look out for over the following days. This is not one of those companies that charges you extra fees for unnecessary work. They are professional and know exactly what they are doing and very reasonably priced. You can’t beat excellent customer service and this company is one of the best, from the booking process to the site visit. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

We have been using AIM Environmental Services and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise they provided. Jason and Tara delivered exceptional service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done properly really stood out. The team was reliable, efficient, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a company that is highly experienced, trustworthy, and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend AIM Environmental Services. Jason and Tara went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 11:00am for them to attend my property and deal with a serious rat infestation. The appointment was confirmed by them. Based on this confirmation, I took authorised time off work and informed my employer that I would be arriving late. Despite this, the company failed to attend at the agreed time and did not provide any prior notice, explanation, or apology. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. They showed a total lack of respect for my time and personal circumstances. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking with this company, as they appear unreliable and do not honour their commitments

1/5 Stars I was all set to book pest control services for my business and called the company at 12:30 AM. I spoke with a member of staff who identified herself as Katie, but was shocked by her extremely rude and dismissive behaviour. I was simply asking a few questions about their services when she became snappy and told me to "just leave it" - effectively refusing my custom. As a business owner myself, I know how crucial good customer service is, and I am appalled that an employee would speak to a potential client this way, as if they have no regard for the company's revenue or reputation. I strongly urge the management team to investigate Katie's conduct immediately and consider reassigning her to a role with no customer contact responsibilities

Called to deal with a mice problem. They sent a man who came out twice to put some poison down, didn’t even seal any entry points and said the mice have gone after the second visit. 3 weeks later we’re still dealing with the same problem, the mice problem has gotten even worse, waste of money
