AGS Security Systems Ltd

Poor customer service. Came out to provide a quote for gate automation and an intercom. No communication for 2 weeks, despite multiple emails and phone calls. Upon the 4th phone call to ask for a quote, informed that on this occasion they will not quote. No reason given for this either.

Rang to get my alarm repaired or replaced, said would be in touch, 8 days later they haven’t bothered to call. Very poor, went to a which trusted trader made an appointment straight away turned up on time did a good job.

AGS installed a state of the art security system at our premises that included key-less entry and an auto-dialing system to deliver texts when triggered. They are a professional and reliable security system supplier with access to all the latest technology and well trained, courteous staff. Would recommend.

I had a quote for cctv, I had a query with the installation. I have sent two emails to Chris to date I've had no response. No doubt they don't need the work.

I had a great experience from the whole team from the moment I made an enquiry. My system was built and delivered to my needs. No hesitation in recommending a joy to work with
