Age and her small team have been cleaning my maisonette for 4 years now. Always incredibly thorough, hard working, flexible and friendly. When we need to shift days around and Age is always happy to accommodate. They work so quickly and the place always looks sparkling when they are finished in 1.5 hours. I've used her for regular cleaning as well as post tenancy deep cleans and have always found the service through and good value for money. They work well around wfh meetings and spot and resolve cleaning issues I never would see! We are moving from the area and know it will be hard to replace the team and service we have enjoyed.

Age and her team have been coming to our house weekly for the past few months. After working with several unreliable cleaners over the years, finding Age and her girls has been a dream. Their service is exceptional, the house always looks spotless, and they proactively take care of whatever is needed each week. Most importantly, we completely trust them in our home. We have had Age as our cleaner for a year now and she has been great. Always a perfect clean and a friendly flexible approach, happy to change days when we needed. I'd recommend her to anyone, much better than any of the big impersonal cleaning services.

I hired Age’s Cleaning Service. The pictures show a small selection of the end result. On the day, Age arrived with another cleaner. I showed her what needed to be done, and she said it would take two hours — one hour each. I agreed and left. Later, Age called as she was leaving and said the work took 90 minutes. I said that was fine and that I’d sort payment when I got home. When I got home, I was very surprised by the standard of cleaning. I messaged Age and sent photos. Her responses included, “I do not have enough time as I had plans” and “Do you want it to be cleaned properly?” I asked for a price reduction, which was declined. She insisted I pay in full. In the end, I paid the full £66. If the job was going to take longer, that would have been fine — there were plenty of opportunities to say so. But to leave the work unfinished (with some areas untouched) and still charge the full amount, that’s dishonest.
