ADI Global Distribution Manchester

Just popped into the Salford ADI branch to collect some bits! I must say all the staff are very polite, friendly and willing to help. Martin that served me at the counter was superb! Would definitely recommend this branch. Pop in and have a look for yourself! Amazing!

Shame the previous counter guy has gone at the Salford counter, he was great! The person now on the counter is rude and unhelpful. Paul please get rid of him. It's got to the point where I avoid ADI if possible and know others doing the same!

As customers of ADI Salford for the past 15+ years we simply wouldn't use anyone else. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they have gone the extra mile on multiple occasions making our lives so much easier. In addition service we receive from the branch staff is always warm and friendly. Highly recommend !!

The store manager Paul is so rude. Ordered a camera that they said was in store in main warehouse and would be in store next day. 1 week later I called to cancel and was told Its too late to cancel and my card would be charged. Thats when the store manager swore down the phone and said they would charge my card later that day. I cancelled my card and emailed head office to complain against him. Such a rude individual and will never ever step foot into an ADI branch again

Our company have been dealing with ADI Salford for many years, Paul and the team are always happy to help. They carry a vast stock in branch backed up by head office nearby in Oldham so we can get most items delivered next day.
