Having been erroneously informed that I could not install a security viewer in my Firedoor, I turned to Manchester based Marlowe Fire & Security, having carried out my own research and discovered I had been misinformed. Marlowe Fire & Security’s website inspired confidence and upon making contact with the charming and helpful Systems Sales Account Manager, Paul Smith, I knew I had made the right choice. An attractive gold finish security viewer was installed in my Firedoor with ease, thoroughness and professionalism by one of Marlowe’s experienced engineers. This was by Marlowe’s standards, a small commission, but to me represented the ensuring of my safety and security. I was deeply impressed by the professionalism, expertise, reliability and courtesy of the Marlowe Fire & Security team so it gives me pleasure to review and recommend this excellent Company.

Our engineer was polite, friendly and respectful, he serviced the alarm quickly and efficiently, arranging to meet at a convenient time for us.

Adam was very thorough, more than the previous engineers. As he picked up on things that makes me wonder why the last engineers did not in the past. He was extremely polite, and explained a lot to me, sounds like he really knows the job well, not that i would really know any different.

Incompetent company billing departent - never ever used this company and they have instructed a solicitor to chase an unwarrented invoice. Call to discuss and was not helped.

My 94 year old and 88 year old in-laws have had Marlowe Fire and Security for years. Recently they both developed covid. Now 7+ weeks on the 94 year old is still in a nursing/rehab facility. He took care of things as the 88 yr old has dementia. While he was in rehab she inadvertently hit the alarm. The neighbor rang Marlowe Fire and Security they were going to send someone out but I provided the code which stopped the alarm. They are now receiving multiple emails each week for £30 from a credit agent, Christopher Gowrie. He has been told the situation but still, in my opinion, is harassing them for payment of £30 regardless that he’s in a rehab without Internet access. First thing he’s out of rehab, the service will be cancelled. I’d think long and hard before engaging this company if he is a representative of their employees. I’ve spoken to him personally. I found him quite rude and insistent that I pay this bill or make arrangement. I am POA but it hasn’t been activated. To be fair when Marlowe technicians service the alarm I’m told they’ve always been kind. This has been a very poor experience.
