AD Window Cleaning Services LTD

Punctual and perfectly friendly staff but the quality of their window cleaning leaves a lot to be desired - incredibly surprised to see all the positive reviews here. Just had them round to do the windows on my first floor flat and the first go they had at it basically made no difference whatsoever- still had bird mess/cobwebs etc on the outside, I couldn’t believe it! Asked them to go over it again and they did (although somewhat begrudgingly - made excuses that they “didn’t have the right equipment with them”, “it’s limescale”) but second time round got up on a ladder to do it by hand (rather than the extendable pole thing which honestly had no more cleaning effect than a heavy rainstorm..) Overall now they’re moderately clean but still not great which is annoying as I’ll have to get someone to do it again fairly soon, and it’s disruptive to my neighbour as he has to give us access through his garden. They also missed a couple of windows but I couldn’t be bothered to point that out by the end. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, bit of a waste of time and money.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price! These guys can do everything, no job's too hard for them. I was looking to get some difficult skylights cleaned and they were the only ones that accepted the job without hesitation. Will definitely call them again.

Great experience with AD Window Cleaning Services LTD! The staff was very polite and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They even cleaned spots I didn’t notice before. Pricing was fair, and the results exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be using their services again and recommending them to others.

100% recommended professional service with easy communication throughout. Hadn’t had our windows cleaned in a few years and WOW what a transformation. Absolutely top class 👏

AD Window cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning the windows in our entire building (Victorian building). They were friendly, on time, thorough, and very professional, I definitely recommend them!
