Adam is one of the nicest and most genuine Contractors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. ACDC Services installed a mains supply for my electric gates and nothing was to much trouble for Adam, his attention to detail was meticulous and his workmanship extremely clean and tidy. I will most definitely be using ACDC Services again for future works in my garden and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a first class service. Thank you Adam.

James called around the same day and fixed our aerial signal problem. Went above and beyond when he saw our bracket was also corroded and replaced that too and didn’t have to. Really pleased with the work and would recommend AC/DC to anyone. Thanks again James ⭐️

We have previously used AC-DC on 2 occasions and they did the jobs required at a fair price. In May we phoned James and asked if they gave quotes for an external electric supply to a mobility scooter store that was to be installed and the work would be done under a disability grant. James came and priced up for the job and whilst here we asked him if he would supply a separate price for CCTV to be installed and which we would be paying for and this he did. James asked that once we knew when the scooter store was being installed to let him know and then they would do the electrics for that and the CCTV at the same time and this is what we did. He said he would phone back at the end of the week to confirm when they would be here but no phone call. We then tried contacting James by phone,email, WhatsApp and text message but nothing until a number of days later we managed to speak to him on the phone and he said he was stuck on a job in Haverfordwest that they hoped to finish by the end of that week or the start of the following week and that they would then be with us. We also reminded him that for the disability grant we had a short time limit of when the work had to be completed by. Once again the days and week passed and no communication or sight of James or AC-DC so yet again we tried contacting him but to no avail and so decided to try contacting his business partner Adam and express our concerns with the work for the disability grant. Like James,Adam chose to ignore us. James and Adam have poor communication skills and a very unprofessional attitude to let people down like this. If this is what you want from a tradesperson/company then contact them but my advice, especially if for disability grant work, then AVOID.

Fantastic service. Adam called out on Good Friday evening to an electrical problem with our caravan. Arrived within the hour, resolved the issue & explained the cause of the problem. Would highly recommend 👌
