Academy Cleaning provided an exceptional service during a very important time for our family. My partner had undergone a major operation, and I wanted to ensure our home was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before their return. The team completed a deep clean of our four-bedroom house, including a full deep sofa clean and disinfection service, and the results were outstanding. Ellenor organised the entire process with incredible care and professionalism, making sure the cleaning schedules aligned perfectly with my partner’s return home. Her communication and coordination were excellent from start to finish, which gave us real peace of mind during a stressful period. What truly stood out was the kindness, compassion, and exceptional attention to detail shown throughout. Every part of the house felt spotless, fresh, and safe, and it brought us enormous comfort and reassurance. We are extremely grateful for the care Ellenor and the team provided and would highly recommend Academy Cleaning to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely caring service.

We cannot recommend Academy Cleaning highly enough. Ellenor, Lauren and Anne were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were attentive, thorough and clearly took great pride in their work. Nothing felt rushed and every detail was carefully handled. They carried out a huge deep clean and full disinfect of our home to ensure it was safe and comfortable for our vulnerable family member returning home. The level of care and professionalism they showed gave us real peace of mind. We chose Academy Cleaning because they came highly recommended for their reliability, and they completely lived up to that reputation.
