A.C Window & Cleaning Services Limited

Extremely poor customer service experience with this company. Can only think these lower star reviews will increase in number as it appears the workload is becoming unmanageable for this company. Going through staff like a dose of salts. No idea what is going on and which windows are being done or if people have cancelled or not. I had used them for several years happily (with ongoing reminders to blade downstairs as the water marks are horrendous) until I received a text message calling me a liar in as many words. My windows were not cleaned and anyone with eyes could see that if they bothered themselves to look. I was in all day, on annual leave and still have my eye sight so which windows exactly had been cleaned? Well established cobwebs, fine layer of dirt you can see your finger marks in and then an insulting 2 quid deduction but happy to take my money again in a fortnight for a job they should be 're-doing'. If you use them, check their cleaning and avoid a direct debit. Disgusted and apalled. Clearly projecting their own dishonesty onto me.

Excellent job of clearing guttering and cleaning fascia and soffits a few weeks ago so had them back to clean the windows. Had block paved driveway jet washed and sanded this morning, again excellent job, clean tidy work and always punctual. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

Very bad experience with this company leaving my windows still dirty and streaky not clean and shiny at all. Avoid this company. Continuing the cleaning after I emailed about being unhappy with the windows to then try to be billed 54 pounds for dirty windows. would you pay for this service? Now threats to be taken to court after the first clean I complained and wanted the service to stop yet when im out all day at work they would Continue the clean and now billing me for it. Not happy with this at all.

Today Ace Windows has restored my block paving back to nearly its original condition of 25years by power washing, treating and resanding.I would recommend this company to undertake any work for me.

Adam and the team are simply brilliant. Everyone is extremely detailed and passionate about the quality of work that they deliver and nothing is ever too difficult. As a business owner they work around our needs and schedule every week to make sure that we continue to offer the best quality to our customers with zero disruption. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Brilliant for price and service.
