Absolute Alarms

Engineers are good and always very helpful, but customer service is awful to deal with. Moving to new address was quoted over 700 for dissembling and reinstalling the system, got a tradesmand who could reinstall the system with ease for only 200 pounds. They do not share engineering codes as well, even though I bought and own the system. There is many more reliable companies, not recommended.

Looking for a home intruder alarm and, having tried a couple of the big nationals, where I was not entirely convinced, a neighbour recommended Absolute. I gave them a call and a home visit was quickly arranged. Josh who came was friendly and very professional. He answered my questions fully and, having had experience in the security industry, I could tell he knows his product. Ten days later and Matt, an installation engineer arrived to do the job. Took a few hours. He too was friendly and professional. At the end of the instal, after he’d meticulously cleaned up the (very small) mess he’d made he took my wife and me through the users’ manual. Everything explained, demonstrated and then our turn. I can’t yet review the system in use, we’ve not as yet had the need to use it, but, the experience so far has been excellent. Price-wise, by the time you do the maths on equipment and service arrangements, most systems seem to work out around the same over five years. What I liked about Absolute was that Josh was prepared to start with a clean sheet, listen to what we wanted and, if necessary, explain why it perhaps wasn’t what we needed! As I said above, so far excellent.

Matt from Absolute Alarms has been to me a couple of times now and is polite, professional and super helpful. Highly recommend!
