We instructed and paid this company £186 to serve papers to a debtor on 7 July 2026. By 13 July we had heard nothing and asked for an update. They said the papers had been served and would chase their officer for the paperwork. We heard nothing further. I requested an update by email on 20 July and did not receive a response, so I telephoned on 21 July. I was told they were still waiting for the paperwork from their officer, would chase that day and email the confirmation to me ASAP. I heard nothing again until 22 July when I emailed expressing my disappointment with their service and communication. I received an email that day, with no explanation or apology, attaching a witness statement confirming the papers had been served on 9 July. The witness statement contained significant inaccuracies, I asked for it to be corrected and reissued which it was immediately, but again without apology or explanation. So papers were served on 9 July and only after repeated chasing did I receive confirmation on 22 July. Shockingly bad communication and value for money, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never experienced anything quite like this company! We paid over the required amount for them to collect money from a debtor at the beginning of December 2022 and after numerous emails and phone calls we still had very little response other than it was the courts fault. 5 months later after learning the courts never take this long We asked for our money back and intended to instruct someone else. The company said they would pay the fee back to us into our bank but didn't. They said they would send a cheque but we never received it They are now saying they sent a cheque and it was cashed? We have asked for evidence as we certainly haven't received or cashed a cheque !! Unfortunately it looks like we are now having to send this company to court to get our money back How ironic !!

Cannot fault this company ,the staff are great , knowledgeable, and persistent when needs have to be met , highly recommended and LNmotors as a company has no hesitation to pass details on to any of their own customers should they require services that able investigations provide , keep up the good work lads , top marks !

They have helped us out several times to evict travellers on private property, always been a great service
