Avon Valley Security & AV Group UK

Had the privilege of working alongside Avon Valley Security at Bath Pride (I was a volunteer steward, they were security). The whole team were outstanding: great pre event support and information, excellent presence in the day (every single team member was 100% attentive at all times) and they handled disruption with sensitivity and care which ensured nothing escalated. Can recommend wholeheartedly.

Avon Valley Security handle all security for Rush nightclub and I genuinely could not have asked for a better team. They treat our venue like it is their own and you can feel that in everything they do. They do not act like outside contractors ticking a job sheet. They genuinely want Rush to succeed and they put the effort in every single night. My staff feel comfortable approaching them about anything. They are never heavy handed or intimidating. They are approachable, calm, professional and clear with communication. Customers feel safe. Staff feel safe. And I have full trust in them to protect the venue. Nothing is ever a chore to them. They go above and beyond constantly. Whether that is supporting floor staff, keeping eyes on everything, or just being there as a reassuring presence. I know I can rely on them. If you want a security team who will actually invest in your venue and not just stand on a door staring at their phone then Avon Valley are the team. They have been exceptional and I would recommend them to any venue without hesitation. Owen Owner of Rush Nightclub, Bristol

Out of 15 companies i called for last minute security, AV stood out! They were quick to respond, was genuinely helpful and informative. Thank you to Archie, really appreciated your help.

Avon Valley Security worked with us to provide security for Bath Pride. It was the first time we'd hired security and we were...anticipatory about it. As soon as our team member started talking to Avon Valley though, our worries were put to rest. In both the lead up to and on the day of our event, Avon Valley were an absolute delight to work with, and we definitely will be continuing our relationship with them. As well as being friendly and fun, the team were also completely on top of everything we could have asked of them. So much of the feedback we've had has been about how great the security team was. 4000% recommend
