UPDATE: After leaving this review, Kelly has resorted to finding my business and leaving a 1 star review in revenge. Totally unprofessional & unacceptable behaviour! (Considering she has never received any services from me) I'm actually lost for words with how awful my experience has been, dealing with ABLE. After quoting for a new bathroom floor, new carpets throughout and a few bits of furniture removing... We are now 2 months down the line and still phoning them daily to get them to come back and complete the work. The contractors have... 1. Cut corners - the wooden flooring under our bath is so rotten you can literally poke your finger through it. 2. Turned up late - Almost every visit they were due between 8am & midday. I don't think they turned up once before midday in the 5+ visits we've had. 3. Quoted 2 days to rip up/replace bathroom floor AND replace carpets throughout my 2 bed flat. I told them I don't think it's possible but was assured it would get done. 4. When they eventually came to remove one of our sofas, they took the wrong one. We made it blatantly obvious which one to take. 5. They eventually sent 2 contractors out and promised the carpets would be finished that day. It's now a week later and all the rooms EXCEPT the corridor have been done. This only scratches the surface... The issues are still ongoing... They require DAILY calls to get them to do anything or update you. They frequently set days they will complete work, then crickets... The other review must be an employee or family friend. You've been warned.

Exceptional Bathroom Leak Repair Service by Able Able Facility Solutions provided outstanding service when I had a bathroom leak issue caused by a faulty Geberit flush system. Their professionalism and prompt response were impressive right from the start. The technicians accurately diagnosed the problem and efficiently replaced the faulty flush system, resolving the issue effectively. Also, their painters have redecorated the affected areas to their original state. Cheers guys for the top, job quick response and fair price!

What a great company! We called able Fs after a break in at our shop within half an hour of us calling them a workman was on site making the shop secure and measuring up for a new window. Kelly kept us up to date with what was going on and the workmen that attended our property were outstanding did exactly what was expected and in good time. We found them to be professional reliable with outstanding customer service.

Whether it was a leaky roof, an office clearance, a broken window, a full refurb, it didn't matter, the job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. The most frustrating, unprofessional and incompetent company I’ve ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Due to renting my current property, I had no choice in the matter of who was chosen to carry out the works on my flat, which included carpet replacement throughout & bathroom flooring. The bathroom floor was supposed to be done within 2 days max, but ended up being over a week, with the toilet & sink being disconnected during the whole time. Currently we’re still waiting for the carpets to be finished. Countless dates were set for the work, 80% of which were not honoured. One week we were told every day that someone was coming and didn’t show up once. We’ve had the wrong furniture removed whilst we were not at home, which was returned but with parts missing. I’ve been compelled to write this review even though the work is still incomplete, but the pure frustration is overwhelming. It’s now nearly Christmas and plans to have family and friends around have had to be cancelled due to all the upheaval. Thanks a lot (un)ABLE!!
