Have been using A Star Cleaning for over a year now. Always a great clean, and excellent COVID responses as well. Always great to come into work on a Monday knowing A Star have been in and the place is lovely and clean.

We’ve had a cleaner from this company once a fortnight since May, and up until this month every clean was excellent. Unfortunately, nobody has turned up for any of our scheduled cleans this month. I’ve called and texted the company multiple times but haven’t received any response or explanation. We have always paid on time, and at no point were we told that there would be any change to the service. It’s extremely disappointing to be left without any communication after being a regular customer for several months. The quality of the cleans was great, but the lack of communication and reliability this month has been very disappointing.
