A & S Shaw Sweeps

Excellent Service, Booked me in on short notice, arrived promptly and cleaned and repaired the woodstove. Smoke test was also done. No mess left. Thank you for fitting me in - now I know the wood stove is winter ready. Cheers.

Would just like to say thank you to Andy and Sue, they sweep chimneys at 3 properties for us and offer an excellent service. Have used them for a number of years now with no complaints. They leave no mess after them and are very thorough in their work. Book them, they turn up, job done, Easy.

Andy and Sue are our go to for log burner or chimney issues or cleaning. Have been to us a number of times and always a good job. Always polite and do a neat job. Thank you

Andy and Sue were great. Super quick, polite, friendly, left everywhere super tidy, and also gave me a walkthrough on how to use my fire and common mistakes when using them. Really good service and great price, would definitely recommend. They fitted me in within a matter of weeks which was great too.

Had Andy and Sue to clear and clean the chimney of our log burner. We hadn't had it cleaned since moving in 3 years ago but we hadn't used it much either. The last couple of months had seen lots of crispy bits falling down our chimney and resting on the mental hatch. What a service though! They came out at a couple of days notice and gave our chimney a really good sorting out. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected, with a warped plate thrown in, but Andy, with lots of cheerleading from Sue persevered and had it all done in a couple of hours. Everything was left really clean and tidy afterwards and we were given lots of advice on how to get the best out of our burner. Would absolutely recommend.
